Houston is a large city in the United States. It is in the state of Texas. It is the fourth largest city in the U.S. The mayor of Houston since 2015 is Sylvester Turner. Over two million people live in Houston. It is named for Sam Houston, who fought for Texas freedom in 1836. It is well known for Johnson Space Center of NASA.

The George Bush Intercontinental Airport is the main airport serving Houston.
