Frank Billings Kellogg (December 22, 1856 – December 21, 1937) was an American lawyer, politician and statesman. He served in the United States Senate and as United States Secretary of State. Kellogg was part of a group who wrote the Kellogg-Briand Pact also known as the World Peace Act. For this, he won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1929[source?].
