Bristol Temple Meads railway station
Bristol Temple Meads railway station is a main line train station in Bristol, England.
The station has main trains to Paddington,[1] Cardiff Central[2] and the South Coast of England.[3] There are also trains towards Taunton.[4]
South West Trains have services to London Waterloo.[5] There are trains to Plymouth and Penzance,[6] and to Birmingham, Manchester and Scotland.[7]
Future
First Great Western said no to continue the services, they wanted a long-term contract because the Great Western Main Line is being updated.[8] The new operator will be told in December 2012, with the new team starting in April 2013.[9]
